additional discount for other treatment that is recommended by the dentist.

Initial Comprehensive Exam
Two Dental Cleanings
Two Periodic Exams
Yearly X-Rays
One Emergency Visit

All treatment outside of preventative cleanings receive a 15% discount which includes
Fillings, periodontal procedures, crowns,root canals, extractions, partials, dentures,
implants and cosmetic treatment.

Excludes Botox, dental products,  sleep appliances, whitening, nitrous and orthodontics
